located in the Sunset Terrace Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Originally built in 1914, this building served as a carriage house, with accommodations for horses on the ground floor and two apartments above. The architectural style features a clipped gable roof, a hallmark of the early 20th century design, and sliding barn doors, indicative of its former utilitarian purpose.
The structure has been carefully preserved and modernized, with large windows now illuminating the upper apartments, while the rustic charm of its original design remains intact. The surrounding lush landscaping and wooded environment further enhance its historical ambiance, creating a peaceful setting that complements its heritage.
